1. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Swap Rally on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the game or its assets except where the law expressly permits despite this limitation.

3. OWNERSHIP

The game and all content in it (art, characters, names, sounds, code) remain our property. Virtual items are licensed, not sold (see the Terms of Use).

4. APP STORE TERMS

Where you obtained the game through Apple's App Store or Google Play, their standard license terms also apply, and those stores are not responsible for the game or for addressing claims relating to it.

5. TERMINATION

This license ends automatically if you breach it; you may end it at any time by deleting the game (and your account, from Settings).
