Terms of Use

By playing Swap Rally you agree to these terms.

1. THE SERVICE

Swap Rally is a puzzle game with optional online features (accounts, leaderboards, purchases). We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. ACCOUNTS

You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google; keep that Apple or Google account secure, as it controls access to your Swap Rally account. You may delete your Swap Rally account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCY

Tokens, Bling, tickets, vouchers, characters, and other in-game items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified or discontinued as part of game changes. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds follow their policies.

4. FAIR PLAY

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automation, tampering with the client or network traffic, or interfering with other players is prohibited and may result in score removal or account termination. Scores are verified server-side.

5. USER CONDUCT

Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or infringe anyone's rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The game, including its art, names, code, and design, is owned by us. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play, and no other rights.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms; continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available in the app.
